Halloween falls on self care Sunday this year, making it the perfect opportunity to have a cozy night in for a spook and skincare-a-thon, but instead of scary masks, we'll be doing face masks. Here are some of our favourites:

Cosmedix Detox Mask

This mask has kaolin clay and dandelion extract to exfoliate and draw out impurities and environmental toxins without drying the skin. Clay is a great way for even the most sensitive of skins to exfoliate the skin in a gentle way. Snag yours from www.facesbykatey.com

Farmacy Honey Potion Antioxidant Mask

Time to warm things up and renew your complexion with something as sweet as candy, but actually beneficial for your skin - HONEY along with propolis and royal jelly work together to soften the skin. Honey is also amazing for stubborn inflamed blemishes. https://www.farmacybeauty.com/products/honey-potion

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels

These one time use under eye patch masks work to firm, de-puff and smooth the delicate skin under the eye area. Full of peptides, hydrolyzed elastin and Q10 these eye gels will have you looking fresh the morning after a halloween night out or all nighter in watching your favourite spooky films.

Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses Soothing Sheet Mask

Andalou carries some of my favourite sheet masks, the 1000 roses mask instantly hydrates and nourishes with soothing rose water and antioxidants like pomegranate and vitamin e. I also love that Andalou’s sheet masks are free of synthetic fragrances. https://well.ca/products/andalou-naturals-instant-hydration-facial-sheet-mask_116693.html

DIY Pumpkin Face Mask

Mix 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree with 1 teaspoon of honey for a brightening and nourishing experience for your skin. Pumpkin is loaded with beta carotene, vitamin A and C and contains natural enzymes to help break down dead skin cell build up. Honey is antibacterial and anti inflammatory and will become easier to spread and less sticky when mixed into the pumpkin puree.
