ArteStile takes pride in the quality of our products and we want our customers to love them just as much as we do! If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at hello@artestilebeauty.com and we will help you through the exchange/return process.
Please note due to the handcrafted nature of ArteStile products, tools that vary slightly in colour, tension and tip/blade length are not applicable for returns. All products are subject to a slight variance due to being hand made and one of a kind.

Can I return my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your order we will return or exchange your items within 15 days from when your order is marked delivered to you.
To qualify for a refund or exchange items must be purchased on the ArteStile online store and be returned in new condition and original packaging.
Once ArteStile has received the returned item we will contact you to begin the refund process. Your order reimbursement (excluding original shipping costs) will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please use a tracking number when returning items. ArteStile is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and we cannot issue a refund if your item is lost in transit.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
No, we do not refund original shipping charges on returned products.
ArteStile does not cover the cost of sending back an item for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges on damaged items.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us at hello@artestilebeauty.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please send us a photo of the damaged item along with your name and order number.
When can I expect my return?
Once we have received the items you wish to return we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds take 3-5 business days to be credited back to your account.
